In shopping malls, hotels, offices, and mixed-use buildings, the electrical infrastructure is the invisible backbone of comfort, safety, and operational continuity. Our commercial building electrical infrastructure service covers the installation of all power and lighting systems of the building — from main distribution to socket outlets, from emergency lighting to generator integration. We deliver solutions both in new construction projects and in the renovation of buildings in operation.
Miratek runs commercial building projects turnkey, in coordination with the architectural and mechanical disciplines. At the design stage, load analysis and energy efficiency are evaluated together; during execution, alignment with the construction schedule and coordination with the other trades are managed rigorously. All test and measurement reports required for occupancy and acceptance processes are prepared in full.
Once the building enters operation, building management teams are supported with periodic maintenance and fault response services, keeping the systems as reliable as on day one.

How We Work
Site Survey and Needs Analysis
The building's usage scenario, load profile, and mechanical system requirements are analyzed together with the project team.
Design and Engineering
Power (heavy-current) designs are prepared in accordance with the applicable regulations and coordinated with the architectural and mechanical designs.
Procurement and Manufacturing
Panel manufacturing and material procurement are carried out with approved brands in line with the specification.
Site Works
Shaft, tray, and conduit infrastructure, cabling, panel installation, and final circuit works progress in step with the construction schedule.
Testing and Commissioning
Systems are commissioned after grounding and insulation measurements, functional tests, and scenario trials.
Acceptance and Handover
The reports required for occupancy and acceptance processes are prepared, and handover is completed with as-built drawings.
Scope of Work
- Manufacturing and installation of main distribution and floor panels
- Busbar and rising-main power distribution
- General, decorative, and emergency lighting installations
- Integration of generator and UPS systems and automatic transfer arrangement
- Grounding and lightning protection installations
- Socket, power, and mechanical supply circuits
- Infrastructure coordination for low-current (ELV) systems
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the electrical infrastructure be renewed while the building is in operation?
Yes — renovation work can be phased floor by floor or zone by zone while the building remains in operation. Changeovers that require an outage are scheduled at night or during closed hours, in coordination with tenants and building management.
Are generator and UPS systems within the scope of the service?
Yes — sizing, procurement, and integration of emergency power systems with automatic transfer panels are in scope. Which loads are backed by the generator and which by the UPS is determined with scenarios at the design stage.
What support is provided in occupancy and statutory acceptance processes?
All technical documentation required for acceptance — including grounding measurement reports, test records, and as-built drawings — is prepared by Miratek. On-site accompaniment during inspections by the relevant authorities is also part of the service.
