This notice explains, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), how personal data is processed when you use www.miratekelektrik.com.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, your name, e-mail address, phone number and message are processed only to answer your request and run the quotation process, and are forwarded to our company mailbox.

This processing relies on its direct relation to entering into a contract and on our legitimate interest in answering your request (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f). Data is kept for as long as the request requires and as legal retention obligations demand.

Cookies and analytics

No non-essential cookie is loaded without your consent. Your cookie choice is stored only in your browser.

If you consent, Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how the site is used. Usage data such as page views, device and approximate location is then processed by Google LLC and may be transferred to servers abroad. This processing and transfer rely on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1 and art. 9). You can withdraw consent at any time with the button below.

Server logs

For security and uninterrupted operation, our server records the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information of each request. These logs rely on our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f), are used only for security and performance analysis and are kept for at most 90 days.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with it; know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction under KVKK art. 7; request that corrections and erasures be notified to recipients; object to a result that arises against you from analysis made exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
