We maintain a long-standing, multidisciplinary engineering collaboration with Bartek Elektrik in the field of power distribution infrastructure and medium voltage systems. We handle LV/MV panel manufacturing for industrial facilities, transformer substation installations, medium voltage electrical contracting and power quality solutions under one roof, end to end, from design through commissioning. Our collaboration is founded on engineering design fit for the site, full compliance with IEC and TEDAS standards, and an approach that prioritizes the facility's operational continuity. As a result, every layer of power distribution — from source to point of consumption — is engineered as a reliable, traceable and efficient whole.
Challenge
In power distribution infrastructure projects, the various disciplines — medium voltage contracting, transformer substations, panel manufacturing and power quality — must work in harmony. In the projects carried out with Bartek Elektrik, the core challenge was to design the medium voltage and low voltage systems as one coherent engineering whole, to configure protection coordination correctly, and to implement fully standards-compliant solutions in the field that suited the site's operating conditions. Maintaining uninterrupted facility power and completing the commissioning process without disrupting operations were also prioritized.
The Miratek Solution
Miratek handled the projects with a single-source engineering approach, coordinating the medium voltage contracting, transformer substation, panel manufacturing and power quality disciplines. LV/MV distribution panels were manufactured in compliance with the IEC 61439 standard; MV switchgear cubicle installation and protection relay coordination at the transformer substations were configured on the basis of engineering calculations. Power quality was improved through reactive power compensation and harmonic filter solutions, while commissioning was verified through testing and measurement stages. All work was completed within a traceable quality process, in compliance with TEDAS and the relevant IEC standards.
