Collaboration
Miratek maintains a comprehensive collaboration with TKeyGlobal covering export-oriented electrical panel manufacturing, international project engineering and industrial automation panels. At the center of the collaboration are the design, production and technical documentation of export-ready LV/MV distribution and automation panels compatible with the electrical infrastructure of different countries and with international standards. Miratek combines its panel engineering expertise, IEC 61439-compliant production discipline and testing experience with TKeyGlobal's international project and export infrastructure to deliver reliable, fully standards-compliant solutions for foreign markets.
Challenge
Export-oriented panel manufacturing demands a far stricter engineering and compliance discipline than domestic projects. National grids differ in voltage levels, frequency values, protection coordination approaches, and labelling and documentation expectations. In the international projects carried out with TKeyGlobal, the core challenge was to build a panel production line capable of fully meeting each target market's technical requirements and international standards while preserving production quality, traceability and delivery reliability. In addition, the industrial automation panels had to integrate seamlessly with different control architectures in the field, and be optimized for mechanical robustness and modularity in view of logistics and installation conditions.
The Miratek Solution
Miratek adopted an end-to-end panel engineering and production approach in the TKeyGlobal collaboration. Projects were engineered with detailed documentation, starting from single-line diagrams aligned to the target market's voltage/frequency values and standards; the LV and MV distribution panels and industrial automation panels were designed with regard to the IEC 61439 panel standards and the relevant IEC 61000 power quality requirements. Material traceability, cable labelling and technical file preparation aligned to international expectations were standardized within the production process. Panels were verified functionally and electrically through pre-shipment factory acceptance tests (FAT); where required, reactive power compensation and power quality solutions were integrated to target a stable and efficient power infrastructure at the destination facilities. The automation panels were built on a modular approach, providing an architecture compatible with field control systems, easy to maintain and expandable.

In which areas does Miratek collaborate with TKeyGlobal?+
Miratek collaborates with TKeyGlobal on export-oriented electrical panel manufacturing, international project engineering and industrial automation panels. The scope covers end-to-end engineering services, from the design and production of LV/MV distribution panels to adaptation to target-market standards and technical documentation.
To which standards are the export panels manufactured?+
The panels are designed and produced with regard to IEC 61439, the standard for low and medium voltage panels, and the relevant power quality requirements (IEC 61000). Material traceability is maintained throughout production, and panels are verified electrically and functionally through pre-shipment factory acceptance tests (FAT).
How is compliance with different countries' electrical standards achieved?+
Each project is engineered according to the target market's voltage level, frequency value, protection coordination and documentation expectations. Detailed engineering starts from the single-line diagrams, and a technical file aligned with international expectations is prepared to ensure the panels fully comply with the destination country's requirements.
What is Miratek's approach to industrial automation panels?+
Automation panels are designed with a modular architecture, enabling seamless integration with different field control systems, easy maintenance and a flexible infrastructure ready for future expansion. Logistics, installation conditions and mechanical robustness are also taken into account in the design.
